What data we process and why
This website has no contact form and does not ask visitors for any personal data. We only process the data you send us yourself by email (your name, your email address and whatever you choose to write), and we use it solely to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a professional proposal. We also process anonymous browsing statistics, as explained in the cookies section below.
Legal basis
Answering your enquiries is based on the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interest in maintaining professional communication. Browsing statistics are based exclusively on your consent, which you give through the cookie banner and may withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
Emails and their contents are kept for as long as the professional relationship remains active and, afterwards, for the periods required by commercial and tax law. If your enquiry does not lead to a project, the correspondence is deleted once it is no longer useful. Statistical data is retained for a maximum of 14 months.
Who else has access
Only the providers strictly needed to run this website and its email: Hostinger International Ltd (hosting and email service) and, if you accept statistics cookies, Google Ireland Ltd (Google Analytics). No data is sold, rented or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
International transfers
Google may process statistical data on servers outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers are covered by the European Commission adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and by the standard contractual clauses. If you do not accept statistics cookies, no such transfer takes place.
Cookies and statistics
The site sets no cookies until you decide. If you accept statistics, Google Analytics is loaded to count visits and see which pages are most read, always in aggregate form. You can change your choice whenever you like from the cookie settings link in the footer.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict its processing, and request its portability. Just write to the email address above, stating what you want. You may also withdraw any consent you have given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Complaints and changes
If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). This policy may be updated if the website or the applicable legislation changes; the version published here is always the one in force.
